What don't we do?
When it comes to events, that would be an easier question to answer.
Between our own events and on behalf of our clients, we spend upwards of £1,000,000 per year on talent, production and content - everything from low-key events and activations to outdoor festivals and everything in between.
We undertake a lot of work for Students' Unions across the country. We've got the ability to save significant money on bookings, provide additional resource to staff, and develop new and existing events portfolios.
With almost two decades under our belt, it's been a long time since we've had to say 'no' to any request. We've built up great relationships and strong buying power to drive big value for money and make life easier.
So what do we actually do?

A fully-loaded student brand, with seven years under its belt as Coventry's biggest student night along with regular visits to Keele Students' Union and previous specials at Pryzm Birmingham and De Montfort SU. There's a full catalogue of exciting and innovative themes ready to go.
Replica brings together world-class tribute acts for epic festivals and events, giving music-lovers a more intimate experience of current global stars and the chance to experience artists who are no longer with us. A bonus feature is the Rockaoke band; it's karaoke on stage in front of thousands with a full live band and backing singer!
A tasty student brand with fun visuals and a bespoke menu where all cocktails and shooters can be ordered with or without alcohol. All are themed around/garnished with sweets and the whole concept provides a fully inclusive experience.
We've built and operated more than a dozen Summer Ball/Grad Ball/end of year events from the ground up, including one in a Grade I listed cathedral ruins. We can work without power, toilets or running water and attract global talent while keeping to a given budget. We can even operate our own bars and we're very familiar with the process of liaising with a local council's ESG.

Headline talent for 33% less
It's rare that we get clear, demonstrable examples of saving money on headline acts due to the privacy around bookings, but we became aware that one Students' Union had booked an act for £15k for their end of year Ball just as we had booked them during the same month for a very similar event at just £10k. This is quite an extreme example but we always achieve the right fees for our clients, saving time and money in the process.

Emergency DJ cover
On a Friday at 15:27, a resident DJ messaged in unwell for their gig that night. By 15:44 a suitable replacement DJ was found before the client even knew there was any issue, and one that they immediately accepted.

Consistency and efficiency
A client was struggling with repeated unprofessional conduct by two of their three long-standing regular DJs. We undertook a visit during their weekly event to understand the demographic and atmosphere better before putting in more reliable and better suited DJs. The added bonus is that all three DJs are now paid via one invoice, saving time on POs and payments.

Explosive improvements
One of our clients was underwhelmed with their existing annual fireworks provider. We brought in a new supplier who delivered a fantastic 15-minute fireworks and pyro show that was fully choreographed to music chosen by the client - and for £1,000 less than the previous supplier.
